In episode 27, host Bradley Hartmann is joined by Elisa Pratt of Brewer Pratt Solutions based in Sterling, Virginia.

Elisa is a native of Sacramento who earned a Master's degree at Johns Hopkins University. Elisa held leadership roles at the National Roofing Contractors Association and the Associated General Contractors of America. Elisa also served as Director of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), a peer group dedicated to the professional development of each AGC chapter’s leadership across the country.
